Blackstar Amplification Ltd supplies products to the Musical Instrument (M.I.) Industry.

Blackstar is committed to providing its customers with reliable and innovative products and services which exceed their functional and creative needs through the design and distribution of Blackstar products.

Blackstar continuously communicates with its customers to ensure that the Company’s products and services meet and exceed their ongoing requirements. Blackstar is committed to meeting statutory and legal requirements.

Blackstar will use ISO9001:2015 as a framework in which to establish a Quality Management System (QMS) that will meet customer requirements, overall Business Objectives and be a means of continuously improving its people, systems, products and services. The QMS will be consistent with Blackstar’s Mission, Vision and Values.

The Management of Blackstar have the responsibility for defining, documenting and communicating the Quality Policy and Objectives. The Quality Policy and Objectives will be reviewed regularly for compliance and to ensure that they continue to meet the Business Objectives.

Quality is the responsibility of every employee. Every member of the Blackstar team will contribute, understand and follow procedures applicable to their work.
