It has been mentioned a couple of times on various posts that Blackstar should provide further assistance and support via the Official Forum. Our Blackstar forum was created for users of our products to discuss, query and help each other out with products and tones, hence why support may not be offered as regular as we would like.
We have recently released our Customer Support Hub – www.blackstaramps.com/support – which offers a list of FAQs on our valve and digital amplifiers, as well INSIDER support and links to handbooks for all of our products.
If you have a query and need help, we'd recommend contacting the distributor for your area first. They are able to assist in most cases. Their details can be found in the lower section of the Customer Support Hub - simply select your country, and the contact details for Sales, Service Support and a link to the distributors website will be shown.
