I was telling a friend about the great deal I got on my soloist amp. when I went to show him on the sweetwater site, it was no longer there. I checked a few other places, and they don't show them either. is there something new coming? either way, I am happy with my choice and the price I got my amp ...
an update-I've had this amp for a week, and like it a lot. the clean channel makes it easy to dial in a sound, and the crunch channel lets me get the amount of distortion just right. very happy1

I am just a bit confused about what test points to use, and if I just need to adjust bias, or if there is a way to adjust plate voltage too. I see 3 test points (10, 18, and 13), or at least that'...
next question- where do I test for bias on each power tube? I saw a thread (and maybe I missed something-sorry) that mentioned test points, but I'm not sure where they are for each tube. thanks again for this...phred
I have been looking for a new tube amp for a while. while at a local store I found a used club 40 for 400 bucks. played my strat thru it for about an hour, put money down, and will pick it up in 2 weeks. can't wait! couple of questions- they don't have the footswitch for it. is it possible to get on...
